Customers enjoy new Peterbilt of Norfolk facility Dec. 8, 2008 -- Peterbilt of Norfolk began serving customers today at its new 18,000-square-foot service center in Norfolk. The $2 million facility was constructed on Highway 81 at Monroe Avenue, just south of the viaduct in Norfolk, Neb. Now a full-service dealership, Peterbilt of Norfolk offers a full line of new heavy-duty and medium-duty Peterbilt trucks, along with used commercial vehicles. The state-of-the-art service center features 10 service bays and a 4,000-square-foot retail parts store/warehouse.
Sioux City Dealership Receives National Recognition March 1, 2008 -- Peterbilt of Sioux City won two major awards for growth and customer service in 2007 from Peterbilt Motors Co. Peterbilt Motors officials credited the dealership’s new state-of-the-art facility and the employees’ exceptional customer service for fueling the growth that led to its selection for the Best in Class Dealer of the Year Award.
Meanwhile, the TruckCare® Dealer of the Year Award recognizes the dealership that achieved its parts, service and preventative-maintenance contract sales goals and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Factors toward earning the national award included receiving a 100 percent score on the Roadside Assistance Call Center Response Rate and a 99 percent customer satisfaction rating.
Two Peterbilt salesmen make "Top 100" list May 2, 2008 -- Peterbilt Motors Co. of Denton, Texas, announced the 2007 national sales results.
Sales leaders include Ron Schweitzberger, major accounts sales, and Jerry Cronin, truck sales representative, at Peterbilt of Sioux City. The annual competition recognizes the sale of new Class 8 heavy-duty Peterbilt trucks during the calendar year. The two were among the top 100 in total sales during 2007, competing against the sales professionals at the 255 Peterbilt dealerships in the U. S. and Canada.
